With Hurricane Matthew pushing north along the coastline, the family is back at the boat. There is no power or Internet at the marina, but they are safe and well -- albeit, a little tired. The boat appears to have suffered no damage, however, a full survey will be completed tomorrow with updates.
While the hurricane watch is over for Clay County, they are still within a tropical storm warning as the edges of the storm brush the area. This is bringing constant winds of 45 knots, blasting up to 60 knots. The elevated water levels are only 92 cm below the pier!
More updates to come...for now, everyone can breathe a sigh of relief that Hurricane Matthew was tender on our loved ones!
